We collect minimal information to provide our daily inspiration platform:

Users can upload one media file (video or image) per day with maximum file sizes of 100MB for videos and 10MB for images.

Supported formats: MP4/WebM for videos, JPEG/PNG/WebP for images.

All uploaded media is stored securely on our servers.

Your media content remains your property — we only store and display it on the platform.

We may use your uploaded media, in whole or in part, to promote Raivcoo externally (e.g., on social media or other promotional materials).

If you have added social media handles (such as your Twitter/X username) to your Raivcoo profile, Raivcoo may mention or tag those accounts when featuring your content externally. By adding social media handles to your profile, you agree that they may be used for attribution in promotional posts.

In the future, we plan to introduce an option for users to allow or restrict others from downloading their media. By default, downloads will be disabled.

If you purchase a Product or start a free trial, we collect and process additional information to manage your license:

Payments for Products are handled by third-party payment processors (currently Payhip and PayPal). We do not store your full payment card number or banking details on our servers.

Payment processors have their own privacy policies governing how they handle your payment information; we encourage you to review them.

We receive limited transaction information from these processors (such as order ID, amount, and status) to fulfill your purchase and manage your license.

If you install a Raivcoo desktop application or plugin (such as After Bite or an After Effects extension), it may communicate with our servers to verify your license, check for software updates, and authenticate your account.

This communication may include your license key, device identifier, product version, and account authentication tokens.

We do not collect the content of your After Effects projects, comps, or media files through these Products unless a specific feature explicitly states otherwise.

We send minimal email communications and may offer optional notifications in the future:

You have full control over your data and uploaded media:

In the future, additional tracking may be implemented without individual notification.
