By using the Raivcoo platform, you agree to these Terms of Service and any applicable platform guidelines.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updates to these terms.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use Raivcoo services.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Raivcoo.

By uploading content, you grant Raivcoo a license to store, display, distribute, process, and promote your content on the platform and externally to promote Raivcoo.

If you include social media handles (such as your Twitter/X username) in your Raivcoo profile, you grant Raivcoo permission to mention or tag those accounts when your content is featured or promoted externally.

The following types of content are not permitted on Raivcoo:

Users may upload **one media file per day** (video or image) to maintain content quality and platform performance.

Raivcoo sells software products, including desktop applications and After Effects plugins/extensions ("Products"). Product pages describe pricing, tiers, and included features at the time of purchase.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (currently Payhip and PayPal). Raivcoo does not store your full payment card details.

Purchasing a Product grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that Product according to the tier you purchased. It does not transfer ownership of the software itself.

Select Products may offer a free trial period, limited to one trial per Product per user account.

Creating multiple accounts, or otherwise attempting to obtain additional trials of the same Product beyond the one permitted per account, is prohibited and may result in trial revocation or account suspension.

Trials automatically expire at the end of the stated trial period. Continued use of the Product after trial expiration requires purchasing a paid license.

Raivcoo reserves the right to modify, shorten, extend, or discontinue trial offers at any time, including for Products currently in alpha or beta.

Refund eligibility for Product purchases is determined on a case-by-case basis and may depend on the payment provider used at checkout.

Products distributed as alpha or beta software are provided with the understanding that features, stability, and functionality may change before a stable release.

Some Products install a desktop application and/or a companion plugin (for example, a CEP extension for Adobe After Effects) on your device.

These Products may communicate with Raivcoo's servers to verify license activation, check for updates, and enable authentication.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of any Product complies with the terms of the third-party software it integrates with (for example, Adobe After Effects).

Users may interact with content through the platform's rating and engagement features.

All interactions should be genuine and in accordance with community standards.

Raivcoo reserves the right to review and remove content that violates these terms or copyright laws.

Users can delete their own uploaded media at any time.

Complete account deletion requires contacting support at [email protected].

Currently, Raivcoo does not display advertisements.

In the future, we may introduce advertising to support the platform.

If advertising is implemented, we may share limited, non-personally identifiable information (such as demographics, interests, and usage patterns) with advertising partners.

You will be notified in advance if advertising features are introduced, and our Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.

User content may be used to improve platform features and promotional materials.

We will never sell your personal information, media content, or creative work to advertisers.

We use cookies for authentication and basic site functionality.

Additional tracking technologies may be implemented in the future to improve user experience and platform features.

Raivcoo is provided on an as-is basis. The platform may experience downtime or technical issues.

We are not responsible for content uploaded by users or interactions between users.
